PROCESS TO BUY PROPERTY ALL CASH:
- View our list of available land for sale. Find a property that you’re interested in.
- Do your research – make sure the property is right for you. We give you all the information we have in the listing for each property, but you may want to know more. Visit the property to get a feel for the area. Call the county planning and zoning department to inquire about zoning or land use issues, depending on what you’d like to use the land for. Research utilities, septic, well drilling, permit costs and easements. Order a title report if you’d like to dig deeper.
- Purchase the property. We make it super simple to buy land. You can check out online with a debit or credit card. Click the “Choose an option” button and select “One Time Payment” Click “Buy Property”. Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” Next You will be prompted to enter your Name, Address and information about how you want to take title (the names you want on the deed) and where to send the taxes. Next you will enter in your credit card information and make your secure payment or contact us to arrange payment (971-225-7024) or Liz@vacantlandguys.com). Once we have your information and payment, we will have the deed notarized vesting the property to you. We will send the deed to you via US Priority Mail (typically within 2 weeks).
- We will include recording instructions when we send your deed to you. You simply need to send the Deed and a check for the recording fee to the county to make the property legally yours. In some cases, we are able to have the deed e-recorded for you for a $75 fee, saving you time on the process. Please inquire if you are interested in this service. (Note: e-recording is not available in all counties yet.)
- Enjoy your property!
- If you would like to purchase title insurance or close through an escrow company, we can do that too. You will be responsible for the associated costs and the process will take longer(typically 4-6 weeks), but if it provides you with the peace of mind you need to feel good about your land purchase, we are happy to oblige. Just give us a call/text or email to get things started. Let us know if you have a preferred escrow/title company you’d like to work with and contact information you have for them.
PROCESS TO BUY PROPERTY WITH OUR OWNER FINANCING PROGRAM:

- Purchase the property. We make it super simple to buy land. You can check out online with a debit or credit card, or pay via a wire transfer or cashiers check. Click the “Choose an option” button and select “xxx Months” Click “Buy Property” Button Then click “Proceed to Checkout”. Then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. Next You will be prompted to enter your Name, Address and information about how you want to take title (the names you want on the deed) and where to send the taxes. Next You can enter in your credit card information and make your secure down payment and get setup for monthly payments.
- We will create a contract for deed and send that to you. You will then sign and notarize the contract for deed (usually free where you bank).
- Once the final payment has been made on the property we will send you the Deed vesting the property to you. We will send the notarized deed to you with recording instructions (you send it into the county with a check for the recording fee) and that’s it the property will be officially yours.
